Guide :Optics : (12x36) IS II Binocular

12x36 only one eyepiece focus

My Canon 12x36 IS 5.6" binoculars has two problems. When focusing, only one eyepiece moves (the right one). Also, when activating the image stabilization, only a loud buzzing can be heard but the image is not stabilized. Can anything be done with this unit?
